Our classes focus on holistic wellbeing, combining movement, breath, and mindfulness. Depending on the schedule, you may find practices such as:

Just bring yourself and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
Yoga mats and props are available at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Absolutely. Our studio welcomes all levels, including complete beginners. Our teachers always offer guidance and variations so you can move at your own pace and feel comfortable throughout the practice.
Many of our classes can be adapted to support different bodies and abilities, and our teachers are happy to offer variations where possible. If you have an injury, health concern, or physical limitation, please inform the teacher before class so they can guide you in a safe and supportive way.
However, yoga classes are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a persistent injury, medical condition, or ongoing discomfort, we strongly encourage you to seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before participating in classes.
Your wellbeing and safety are always our priority, and listening to your body is an essential part of the practice.
Your first visit to Seven Rise is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and completely pressure-free.
When you arrive, you will be greeted and given a moment to settle into the space. We recommend arriving 5ā10 minutes early so you can check in, meet your teacher, and get comfortable before the class begins.
During the class, your teacher will guide you through the practice step by step, offering gentle options and variations so you can move at your own pace. There is no expectation to be flexible or experienced ā simply listening to your body is always encouraged.
At the end of the session, you will have time to relax, reset, and enjoy the calm atmosphere before heading back into your day.
Many students say their first class feels like a reset for both body and mind ā and we are here to support you every step of the way.
