What should I expect from my first class?

Your first visit to Seven Rise is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and completely pressure-free.
When you arrive, you will be greeted and given a moment to settle into the space. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can check in, meet your teacher, and get comfortable before the class begins.
During the class, your teacher will guide you through the practice step by step, offering gentle options and variations so you can move at your own pace. There is no expectation to be flexible or experienced — simply listening to your body is always encouraged.
At the end of the session, you will have time to relax, reset, and enjoy the calm atmosphere before heading back into your day.
Many students say their first class feels like a reset for both body and mind — and we are here to support you every step of the way.
