Welcome to Seven Rise. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and participation in any classes, workshops, events, or related services provided by Seven Rise Yoga ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or participating in our services you accept these Terms.

1. Services

Seven Rise provides in-person yoga classes, workshops, memberships and related wellness services. Class bookings are currently managed via a partnered third‑party platform and app.

2. Payments, Passes & Memberships

• All payments for individual classes, class passes and subscriptions must be made in advance.

• Individual class passes must be used within 30 days of purchase.

• 5‑class and 10‑class passes must be used within 90 days of purchase.

• Any unused credits after the expiry period are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• The Unlimited Membership grants access to timetable classes and is a recurring subscription which may be cancelled at any time prior to renewal.

• Events and workshops are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• All passes and memberships are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

3. Third‑party Bookings

Bookings are processed through our third‑party partner. We do not control third‑party platforms; please review their terms and privacy policies. We will take reasonable care in selecting partners but accept no liability for the partner's systems.

4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

You acknowledge that yoga and related activities involve physical movement and carry a risk of injury. You confirm you are physically able to participate, will modify or stop activities that cause discomfort, and have disclosed relevant health information to the instructor. Sessions are not a substitute for medical advice.

In consideration of participating, you release and hold harmless Seven Rise Yoga, its instructors, staff, and associated venues from any and all liability, claims or demands arising from your participation. You accept responsibility for your wellbeing while attending classes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Seven Rise Yoga or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Rise Yoga will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or participation in services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
